Kevin Hrusovsky

KEVIN HRUSOVSKY joined Zymark Corporation in September 1996 as President
and CEO when the company was acquired by the Berwind Group. Before
joining Zymark, Mr. Hrusovsky was Director of International Business,
Agricultural Chemical Division for FMC Corporation. Previously at FMC,
he served as General Manager of the company’s Pharmaceutical Division.
Prior to FMC, Mr. Hrusovsky held several management positions at E.I.
DuPont de Nemoirs, including Sales and Marketing Manager for the Teflon
Division and Business Manager for the Viton Division. He serves on the
Board of Directors for Alliant Medical Technologies. He received his BS
in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University, an MBA from Ohio
University and an Extended MBA from Harvard University in 1995.
