Keith Stamm

KEITH STAMM is the Chief Executive Officer of Aquila, Inc., a position
he has held since December 1999. In addition to this position, he is a
member of the company’s Board of Directors and serves as a Director of
Australia’s United Energy Limited. He also is a Senior Vice President of
UtiliCorp United, the parent of both Aquila and United Energy Limited.
Mr. Stamm joined UtiliCorp in 1983, serving in a variety of operating
positions, including Vice President and General Manager of Regulated
Power and Vice President of Energy Trading. Mr. Stamm is a Certified
Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA from
Rockhurst College.
