Joseph A. Seher

JOSEPH A. SEHER has served as Chief Executive Officer of ABC-NACO, Inc.
since February, 1999. Prior to the Merger, Mr. Seher served as Chairman
of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NACO since its formation in
1987. From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Seher was Chairman of the Board and Chief
Executive Officer of NCI. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Seher was Executive
Director of Corporate Development for Atcor, Inc., a manufacturer and
distributor of electrical, mechanical, fire protection and consumer
products. Mr. Seher also has served as a management consultant with A.T.
Kearney & Co. and an instructor at The Harvard Business School.
