David M. Stoner

DAVID M. STONER is President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of
the Board of Directors of Caminus Corporation. Mr. Stoner came to
Caminus in October 1998 from SS&C Technologies Inc., a leading provider
of software, services and consulting to the worldwide asset management
community, where he had been President and Chief Operating Officer since
1997. Prior to SS&C, Mr. Stoner was President and Chief Operating
Officer of The Dodge Group, Inc. Previously, he was Executive Vice
President of Worldwide Operations at Marcam Corporation, an
international provider of enterprise applications and services, where he
helped build revenues from $8 million to $200 million over the course of
seven years. Mr. Stoner holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from
Stanford University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
