Clive A. Meanwell

Clive A. Meanwell, Chairman and CEO, co-founded The Medicines Company in 1996 and has served in leadership roles throughout the firm’s history. Prior to MDCO, he was a founder, partner and managing director of MPM Capital, a venture capital firm. He held various senior positions at Hoffmann-La Roche in product development and operations, and also worked in the Department of Medicine at the Queen Elizabeth Medical Center and associated hospitals in the U.K.
