Chris Spencer

Chris Spencer has served as the CEO and President of Wizzard Software since its
founding in 1996. He is responsible for the overall direction of the company and
was selected as one of the top 20 most influential individuals in the speech
recognition industry by Speech Technology Magazine. His business experience is
widely varied, including founding and CEO roles with ChinaWire, Inc., and Lotto
USA, Inc. Mr. Spencer also was involved in the founding, acquisition of
financing, operation and ultimate sale of John Valiant, Inc. Mr. Spencer sits on
the board of directors of Cennoid Technologies, a software company that develops
encryption and compression software for the Internet. He attended West Virginia
University.
