Brian A. Delle Donne

BRIAN A. DELLE DONNE is the Chief Operating Officer of RCM
Technologies, Inc. He joined the company as Executive Vice
President of Operations in April 1998 and was promoted to COO in
May 1999. He was elected to the Board of Directors of the company
in April 2000. His duties include managing daily operations of
the corporation, establishing strategic direction and building
out the infrastructure to sell and deliver projects and services
to over 1,000 active clients. Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Delle
Donne served as President of the Facilities Management Group of
Lester B. Knight & Associates, a global planning, engineering and
management consulting firm from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Delle Donne was
Senior Vice President of Ogden Projects, Inc., and President and
Chief Operating Officer of its subsidiary company, Ogden
Environment Services, from 1989 to 1997. He began his
professional career at Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the
Power Systems Company. He lived and worked in London and Brussels
during this time developing power projects and electrification
programs throughout the Middle East and later developing
commercial nuclear power plant projects with several Western
European government utilities. Following Chernobyl he led
Westinghouse’s efforts at bringing nuclear safety technology to
Eastern European nations, including the former Soviet Union. From
there he moved into Westinghouse’s emergent Environmental
Services Division, where he headed up the domestic sales force,
delivering over a half-billion dollars annually in environmental
assessments, feasibility studies and large scale remediation
projects. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of UMS
Group, Inc., a privately held international management consulting
firm providing strategic services to power utilities and major
corporations operating critical facilities around the world. He
holds a BA in Materials Engineering and Economics from Brown
University.
