Ian Sexsmith

Ian Sexsmith, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Parnassus Investments. He is responsible for portfolio management of the firm’s Mid Cap and Mid Cap Growth strategies and firmwide investment research. Mr. Sexsmith joined Parnassus in 2011 after serving as a Parnassus research intern. Prior to joining Parnassus, he worked at Scotiabank and TD Bank Financial Group in Toronto. Mr. Sexsmith received his bachelor’s of commerce degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.
