PETER STONE has been Chief Financial Officer of FIND/SVP, Inc., since
May 2002. Mr. Stone is primarily responsible for overseeing all of the
financial aspects for the company's business strategy and manages the
finance and administrative groups of FIND/SVP, including systems,
financial planning, tax, acquisitions and human resources. Prior to
joining FIND/SVP, Mr. Stone was Senior Vice President for New York-based
Seabury Technology of The Seabury Group LLC where he was responsible for
deal execution. Mr. Stone was also Vice President and Principal for New
York-based Mercury Capital, where he co-led the firm's acquisition
activities and handled other financial aspects of the private equity
firm. He served on the Board of Directors for Food Service Holdings,
Inc., and Federal Coach, Inc. Mr. Stone holds a BS in Economics from The
Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Profile
MARC LITVINOFF has been Chief Operating Officer of the FIND/SVP family
of companies since May 2004, assuming responsibility for the oversight
of all client services at the company. Mr. Litvinoff has had a
successful 20-year career focused on industry research, analysis and
consulting. Most recently, he was the Chief Executive Officer of RHK, an
advisory and research services provider, where he oversaw the strategic
direction for the company's business and market development activities
worldwide. Prior to that, Mr. Litvinoff was President and Chief
Operating Officer of Knowledge Networks, a market intelligence and
research company. He also had a distinguished career with Gartner Inc.,
holding multiple positions, including Senior Vice President of Gartner's
Technology Provider Group and Group Vice President and Worldwide
Director for Dataquest Research Operations. Mr. Litvinoff also directed
Gartner's research as it applies to small and medium-size organizations
and the higher education marketplace, fulfillment of the newsletter
business, and was Research Director for the PC services' desktop
hardware and peripheral research. Mr. Litvinoff also worked for ADP,
MONY Financial Services (formerly Mutual of New York) and Dreyfus
Corporation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, and

DAVID WALKE has been Chief Executive Officer of FIND/SVP, Inc., since
November 2001. Mr. Walke has a distinguished career in the
communications and consulting sectors. Most recently, he was Senior
Managing Director of Morgen-Walke Associates, an international business
communications firm he co-founded in 1982. For nearly two decades he
guided the firm's growth, creating one of the largest and most highly
regarded business communications firms with revenues totaling some $30
million in 2000. Mr. Walke holds a BS in Accounting from Syracuse
University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Gilda's Club
