WAYNE JOHNSON III, a Senior Vice President, Electronic and Transaction Payment, joined SunTrust Robinson-Humphrey in November 1999 and is the only Wall Street Analyst committed entirely to the Internet payments space. Prior to joining SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Mr. Johnson worked on the buy- and sell-side at Volpe Brown Whelan, Robertson Stephens & Scudder, Stevens and Clark as a Business Services and E-commerce Analyst. TIM WILLI is a Senior Analyst in financial technology and processing at A.G. Edwards & Sons. Prior to joining A.G. Edwards, he was associated with Commerce Bancshares. He earned his BS in Finance at Bradley University. PATRICK BURTON joined the Smith Barney equity research department in March 1999 as an equity research analyst covering the computer services industry. Since 1998, for six consecutive years, he has been a member of Institutional Investor's All- America Research Team poll. He has also been a member of the Wall Street Journal All-Star Team in 2001 and 2002. His 19 years in the investment business commenced in 1984 at Piper Jaffray, where he served as a computer services analyst. In 1995, he joined Lehman Bros. as an analyst covering computer services. Previously, he worked at Robertson Stephens, where he was a Principal and Senior Analyst from 1996 to 2002 following several business services sectors.
