DONATO J. EASSEY is First Vice President of Merrill Lynch where he is a member of the Merrill Lynch Fundamental Equity Research Department. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he was associated with Duff & Phelps/ MCM Investment Research Co. and Transco Energy Company.
