Martin Hall – Tesco Corporation (tesof)

MARTIN HALL is Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Tesco Corporation. Mr. Hall began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in London, England, where he worked from 1973 to 1977. In 1977 he moved to Calgary, where he worked for Coopers & Lybrand as an Audit Manager until 1980. From 1980 to 1991 Mr. Hall was a Controller for the Alberta Petroleum Investment Corporation group, and then became Vice President, Finance of Trans-Dominion Energy Corporation. During this period, Mr. Hall was Chief Financial Officer of various public and private companies including Charter Oil Company Ltd., Moneta Porcupine Mines Inc., Rex Silver Mines Ltd., Albany Oil and Gas Ltd., and Prowest Partitions. In 1991, Mr. Hall was appointed Secretary Treasurer of Terrenex Ventures Inc. and remained in this position until 1995. Mr. Hall joined Tesco Corporation as Vice President, Finance and Secretary in March 1994. He is currently Sr. Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hall is a 1973 graduate of the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne (UK) and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics.
