James Nall – Hudson United Bancorp (hu)

JAMES NALL is Chief Financial Officer of Hudson United Bancorp. He is a seasoned industry executive with over 30 years' experience with diversified financial services companies. Mr. Nall is responsible for strategic planning and corporate development. He has an extensive background in the financial arena with an 18-year career as a partner with Arthur Andersen. As a partner, he was responsible for the New York Metro Financial Markets Accounting and Audit Division of Andersen, which included New York, New Jersey, Southern Connecticut, Bermuda and Grand Cayman. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Nall maintains an active position in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees of the William Paterson University Foundation and Board of Directors of Interaudi Bank. In addition, Mr. Nall is serving his third year as a member of the Franklin Lakes Board of Adjustment following 12 years of service on the Franklin Lakes Board of Education including two terms as its President. He holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from Rutgers Graduate School of Business and a BA degree in History from William Paterson University. Profile
