J.THOMAS PARMETER – PROTEIN POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES (PPTI)

J. THOMAS PARMETER has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Protein Polymer Technologies since its inception in July 1988. From 1982 to November 1987, Dr. Parmeter was the President, Chief Executive Officer (and, from 1987 to 1988, Chairman of the Board) of Syntro Corporation. Prior to joining Syntro, Dr. Parmeter was a Founder and Executive Vice President of Professional Health Technologies, Inc. He was formerly an Associate Professor in Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine and Director of the College's Office of Education and Interdepartmental Programs. Dr. Parmeter holds an MSc in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management where he was an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow and a PhD degree in Educational Psychology from Michigan State University. Profile
