ABRAHAM KLEINFELD serves as President and CEO of Eloquent, Inc., the
leading provider of rich media business communications solutions. Since
joining Eloquent in January 1999, Mr. Kleinfeld has attracted an
experienced management team, implemented a high-growth strategy and
guided the company through its successful $83-million IPO in February
2000. Mr. Kleinfeld brings more than 20 years of experience in the high
technology industry to this position. Prior to joining Eloquent, Inc.,
he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Senior Vice
President of North American Sales at Open Text Corporation. Mr.
Kleinfeld also played a key role in growing Odesta Systems Corporation
from a 1991 start-up through its merger with Open Text Corporation in
1995 and successful IPO in January 1996. During his 20-year career, Mr.
Kleinfeld has also held marketing and sales management positions with
technology companies, including Oracle Corporation, Computer Consoles,
Inc., and Wang Laboratories. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
