John J. Sherman

JOHN J. SHERMAN is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of
Inergy, LP. He began his career in the propane industry with Ferrellgas
in 1984. From 1991 until 1996, Mr. Sherman served as President of LPG
Services Group, a company he co-founded and guided to become one of the
nation’s largest wholesale propane marketers. LPG Services Group was
later acquired by Dynegy, where he served as Vice President until
founding Inergy in 1996. Inergy successfully completed its initial
public offering in July 2001.
