Gerardo Canet

GERARDO CANET became President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director
of IntegraMed America, Inc. effective February 14, 1994 and served as
the Chairman of the Board from April 19, 1994 to March 7, 2000. For
approximately five years prior to joining the company, Mr. Canet held
various executive management positions with Curative Health Services,
Inc., the last of which was as Executive Vice President and President of
its Wound Care Business Unit. From 1979 to 1989, Mr. Canet held various
management positions with Kimberly Quality Care, Inc. (and a predecessor
company), a provider of home healthcare services, serving as Executive
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Kimberly
Quality Care, Inc. from 1987 to 1989. Mr. Canet has been a Director of
Dendreon Corporation since December 1996. Mr. Canet earned an MBA from
Suffolk University and a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
