David W. Hockenbrocht

DAVID W. HOCKENBROCHT, President, CEO and Director of Sparton
Corporation, was educated at Allegheny College and the Graduate Business
School of Case Western Reserve University and also served as a Captain
in the US Air Force. Mr. Hockenbrocht became President and a Director of
the Sparton Corporation in January 1978 and served in those roles until
2000, when he became President and CEO as well as continuing as a
Director. Sparton Corporation, a 101-year-old NYSE-listed company, is an
electronics design and manufacturing provider with 13 worldwide
locations serving medical, government, avionics, telecommunications and
other industrial customers in 17 nations.
