Andrew Searby

ANDREW SEARBY is Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Financial
Officer of Liquidation World Inc. He graduated from the University of
Lethbridge, earning his Bachelor of Management degree with distinction,
majoring in Accounting. Mr. Searby articled with Coopers and Lybrand.
While there, he earned his Chartered Accountant designation and worked
in the business insolvency group. His experience with Coopers and
Lybrand was broad, managing and providing financial oversight for
businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas and
hospitality industries. In 1991, he joined Liquidation World, which at
that time conducted $13 million in revenue through seven outlets. Under
his financial stewardship, Liquidation World has grown to $175 million
in annual revenue through 98 outlets and ancillary services including
auctions, reverse logistics and consulting.
