DAVID A. JENKINS is the co-Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors,
President and Chief Executive Officer of EP MedSystems, Inc. Mr. Jenkins
has approximately 18 years' experience of senior management in medical
device companies. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Jenkins served as the Chief
Executive Officer and then Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Arrhythmia Research Technology, Inc., a publicly held company involved
in the sale and distribution of cardiac electrophysiology products. Profile
