Michael T. Jackson – Emerging Growth Management Co

MICHAEL T. JACKSON has been an Analyst and investor in emerging growth stocks since receiving his MBA in 1966. Prior to founding Emerging Growth Management, Co., in 1986, Mr. Jackson had extensive experience as both a Fund Raiser and as an Expert on several different growth industries. From 1982 to 1986, he was General Partner of Hambrecht & Quist Equity Management, a registered investment advisor specializing in emerging growth stocks. He was the Senior Portfolio Manager from 1972 to 1982, at Baker Fentress & Company; a $250-million publicity traded closed-end fund. The Fund had an investment performance of approximately double the S&P 500 during his tenure. In the 1960s, Mr. Jackson worked as an Institutional Analyst on Wall Street for the investment banking firm of Eastman Dillon, Union Securities Company and subsequently as a Partner and Director of Research from Wilmington Capital Management, a registered investment advisor.
