Kerry Adler – Webhelp Inc

KERRY ADLER is Chief Executive Officer of WebHelp Inc. He has built his career shepherding startup companies through the transformation to becoming substantial market entities. Mr. Adler is a true visionary with an expertise for developing innovative marketing concepts and building companies from the ground up to bring them to the forefront. Prior to co-founding Webhelp in August 1999, he was the Chairman of SITEL Corporation (Canada) and Senior Vice President and immediate past member of the Office of the President, SITEL Corporation, the global leader in customer relationship management with over 22,000 employees in 18 countries. Most recently, he was responsible for developing and launching their revolutionary WebServicing offering for their Fortune 500 clients and for developing a multinational CRM with Compaq Computers. Prior to that, Mr. Adler was Executive Vice President of Canadian Telephone Corporation and was instrumental in the launch of AT&T Canada (Unitel) and was President and CEO of CORPFON Cellular Corp. Recent commendations include being accredited Canada's Hottest CEO (source: Profit magazine, September 2002 edition). Other notable mentions include 'Global Young Entrepreneurs Award 2000' at the United Nations 7th World Summit of Young Entrepreneurs. Mr. Adler also was former Director of the Baron De Hirsch Foundation, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 1998 and nominee for Canada's Top 40 under 40. Mr. Adler is an accomplished speaker and writer on BPO, CRM and e-business for numerous publications and industry events.
