JOEL MATLIN is Founder, President and CEO of AlarmForce Industries Inc.
Prior to founding AlarmForce in November 1988, he was the founder of
Frisco Bay Industries in May 1969. Frisco Bay Industries grew into a
major security system integrator supplying all the major Canadian banks
and many leading corporations such as American Express and Bell Canada
with comprehensive security systems including CCTC, Access Control and
alarm technology. Mr. Matlin successfully sold his interest in Frisco
Bay in December 1988. Mr. Matlin is well recognized in the Canadian
security industry as a successful innovator and expert marketer of
security technology. He has been responsible for bringing many of
today's technologies to market such as Hold Up Camera Systems to the
banking community, Computerized Automated Staffing System, Currency
Handling technology, Bullet Proof Glass, Inventory Tagging Systems to
