WAYNE L. VINSON is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Natural Gas Services Group, Inc., and has served as one of the
company's Directors since April 2000. He has held various senior
management positions with the company and its predecessors since
February 1994. Previously, Mr. Vinson served as President of
Vinson Operating Company, an oil and gas well operator, and he
has owned and operated two other oil and gas service companies.
He has more than 22 years of experience in the energy services
