WALTER T. PRENDERGAST is Managing Director of William D. Witter, Inc.
Prior to joining the firm in 2003, he managed small cap growth funds at
Weiss, Peck & Greer for seven years. Prior to that, Mr. Prendergast was
a Portfolio Manager and Technology Analyst at Alliance Capital
Management for six years. He began his career at Value Line Asset
Management as a Quantitative Analyst and Technology Specialist. Mr.
Prendergast earned BBA and MBA degrees from Baruch College Zicklin
