ARNON KOHAVI has served as Executive Vice President of Vyyo Inc. since
October 2003. From August 2002 until August 2003 he was a Reuters
Digital Vision Fellow at Stanford University. Mr. Kohavi also served as
Senior Vice President, Strategic Relations at Vyyo from November 1999
until February 2002. From October 1995 until January 1999, he was Vice
President of Business Development of DSP Communications, and from
January 1999 until November 1999 he was Senior Vice President, Strategic
