VINOD AGARWAL, Founder of LogicVision, Inc., has been President, Chief
Executive Officer and a Director of the company since its inception in
1992. Dr. Agarwal has over 25 years of experience in engineering,
research and management in the semiconductor design and testing field.
Prior to joining the company, Dr. Agarwal was the Nortel/NSERC
Industrial Research Chair Professor at McGill University in Montreal and
served as a consultant to Nortel, Hitachi, Kodak and others for
developing their DFT/BIST environment. Dr. Agarwal was elected to be a
Fellow of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.
(IEEE) for his contributions to the field of BIST and Fault-Tolerant
Computing. Dr. Agarwal, a co-inventor of several US patents on BIST,
received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins
