VINCENT SALVATI of Toronto, Ontario is Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer, of Call-Net Enterprises Inc. Mr. Salvati joined Call-
Net In December 1998. Prior to joining Call-Net, Mr. Salvati was Chief
Financial Officer of Bell Canada and prior to Bell Canada, Mr. Salvati
was an executive with AT&T. Mr. Salvati holds an MBA in Finance from St.
John's University, a BBA in Accounting from St. Francis College and he
