Victor Salerno – American Wagering Inc (betm)

VICTOR SALERNO is President, CEO and a Director of American Wagering, Inc. since its inception in August 1995. The Company owns and operates Leroy's Horse and Sports Place, the licensed bookmaker with the largest number of sports book locations in the State of Nevada, and Computerized Bookmaking Systems, which designs, installs and maintains sports and race book equipment, software, including the Mega$ports' product for pari-mutuel sports wagering, and computer systems to the sports betting industry. The Company also owns Leroy's Hotel Corporation, which owns and operates a 150-room Howard Johnson's Hotel. Mr. Salerno has been the President, CEO and a Director of 'Leroy's' since September 1979. He served as an executive vice president and director of Autotote/CBS Corporation from April 1989 until March 1996, acquiring the corporation in October 1996, known now as 'CBS.' He is a past president of the Nevada Association of Race and Sports Book Operators. Mr. Salerno is presently chairman of Sunrise Children's Foundation in Las Vegas. He is a former dentist who graduated from Marquette University Dental School in 1970. He practiced in Marina Del Rey, California from 1970 to 1978. Profile
