Eric M. Beder is a Managing Director at Brean Murray Carret & Co., LLC. His research coverage focuses on the retail and apparel sectors. An Associate Director of Research since 2009, he is responsible for the retail and consumer products sectors. Mr. Beder garnered The Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street" honors in the specialty retail category in 2007, and in the clothing and accessories category in 2010. From 2007-2010, he placed second in the apparel sector in Forbes' "Best Brokerage Analysts." Mr. Beder was also ranked by Financial Times/Starmine as the number one analyst in 2010 for registering industry excess returns for the textile, apparel and luxury goods segment. Mr. Beder brings over 10 years of experience publishing on the retail/consumer sector, having worked at J.B. Hanauer & Co., the independent research group of Northeast Securities, Ladenburg Thalmann and HD Brous & Co., Inc. Mr. Beder also held key financial/managerial positions at Colliers ABR, a leading commercial real estate firm, and at investment banks Amsterdam Pacific Corp. TWST: Where are you focusing your attention these days in the specialty apparel and online retail space?
Mr. Beder: Our focus is twofold. One, in the specialty retailing space, we're looking for
