Philip M. Byrne, CFA, is Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at GeoVest Advisors, Inc. He was a Securities Analyst at QCI Asset Management before joining GeoVest, where he specialized in financial services, health care and economic analysis. From 1989 to 1995, he was an Account Manager/Securities Trader at Manning & Napier Advisors, and later was a member of the research staff. Mr. Byrne is a member of the CFA Society of Rochester. He has an MBA in finance, public accounting and corporate accounting from the Simon Graduate School of Business, University of Rochester, and a B.S. from St. Bonaventure University in marketing and management science.
