TONY J. SORCIC has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Princeton National Bancorp, Inc., since January 1997 and a Director
since April 1986. Mr. Sorcic has also been a Director of Citizens First
National Bank since April 1986. Since October 1995 he has been President
and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens First National Bank. Mr. Sorcic
received a BS degree in Business Administration from Illinois State
University and an MBA in Finance from Illinois State University. Profile
