TOM DOBSON, Chief Executive of the Keller Group Plc, joined the company
in 1966 and was appointed President of Keller's Canadian operations in
1975. Between 1986 and 1999 he was President of the entire North
American operations and in 1990 he was appointed a Director of Keller
