Frank is a member of the National Association of Retail Dealers, past
Director of Mid-County National Bank, past Director of St. Anne's
Advisory School Board, a past Advisory Director of Beaumont Independent
School District - Vocational Education Program and a past Advisory
Director of Texas State Technical College in Waco, Texas. He has
lectured at Lamar University and Texas A & M. He received a BS from Sam
Houston State Teachers College and an SCMP degree from the Harvard
