THEODORE L. PARRISH, a native of Folkston, Georgia, is Vice President of
Portfolio Management for Henssler Asset Management, LLC, a financial
consulting and money management firm with headquarters in Marietta,
Georgia. After joining the firm in 1995, he worked in the Research
Department. Currently, Mr. Parrish is the Director of Investments at
G.W. Henssler & Associates with responsibilities of managing all
research and trading activities of the firm. Mr. Parrish co-manages The
Henssler Equity Fund, which was introduced to the marketplace in June
1998. He received his BS in Business Administration, with a major in
Finance, from Kennesaw State University. Mr. Parrish holds the Series 7,
Series 63, Series 65 licenses and is also a level two CFA candidate. Profile
