Mr. Milsaps joined Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., in February 2005 from FTN Midwest Securities, where he served as an Equity Analyst for three years, focusing on small and midcap banks in the Midwest and Southeast. He has won numerous industry honors for stock picking and earnings estimating. He holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance and corporate investments from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
