Aaron Schaechterle is a Portfolio Manager on the U.S. Small/Mid-Cap Growth Team at Janus Henderson Investors. Additionally, he serves as a Research Analyst, focused on the Industrials & Materials and Technology sectors. Mr. Schaechterle previously worked with the team from 2014 until 2021. He re-joined the firm in 2022 from Glaukos Corporation, an ophthalmic medical technology and pharmaceutical company, where he was a vice president of corporate strategy & development from 2021. Prior to joining Janus in 2014, he worked at GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Before that, he served as an investment banking analyst for Barclays Capital and Lincoln International. Mr. Schaechterle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Iowa.
