Taking a Different Look at Quality and Valuation in International Equities
Egor N. Rybakov, CFA, is Senior Vice President and Global Equity Portfolio Manager for RMB Capital, a Chicago-based independent financial services firm with more than $8.1 billion in assets under management. Mr. Rybakov brought to RMB the investment process he has honed for the past two decades — screening the universe of international equities to uncover mispriced quality companies expected to create long-term value. Mr. Rybakov joined the firm in March 2016 to help expand RMB's international and global strategies, including a concentrated portfolio of non-U.S. companies selected across the market-cap spectrum. Prior to joining RMB, Mr. Rybakov was Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Keeley Asset Management’s global equities practice. Previously, he held international equity portfolio management and research positions at a number of firms, including ENR Investments, Principal Global Investors/EDGE AM, affiliates of Nuveen Investments — Tradewinds Global Investors and SBAM — as well as Thornburg Investment Management. Mr. Rybakov holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from the Moscow State University — MGU — and an MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from The University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Rybakov is based in RMB's Irvine, California, office. Profile
