Steven Sabatini – U.s.b. Holding Company (ubh)

STEVEN T. SABATINI is a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of U.S.B. Holding Co., Inc. and Union State Bank, and a Director of U.S.B. Holding Co., Inc. Mr. Sabatini joined Union State Bank in September 1994 as Assistant to the Chairman for acquisitions and other special projects. In March 1995, he was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of U.S.B. Holding Co., Inc. and Union State Bank. In August 1997, Mr. Sabatini was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank and company. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of U.S.B. Holding Co., Inc. on October 25, 2001. Prior to joining Union State Bank, Mr. Sabatini was an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young LLP, where he specialized in the banking industry. Mr. Sabatini is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accounts, where he served as Chairman of several committees. He is also a member of the Bank Administration Institute and Financial Executives Institute and a member of the Tax Committee of the New York State Bankers Association and Accounting Committee of the American Bankers Association. He is the President of the Board of Directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Southern New York, a Director of the Hudson Valley Affordable Housing Finance Corporation and serves on various subsidiary Boards of U.S.B. Holding Co., Inc. and Union State Bank. Mr. Sabatini received his BS degree in Accounting from St. John's University in 1973 and is a CPA. Profile
