STEPHEN LEEB, President and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Leeb Capital Management, Inc., uses a systematic macroeconomic and fundamental research approach to evaluating market trends and companies. Over the past years, he has been frequently quoted in Investor's Business Daily, USA Today and BusinessWeek. He has placed first, second and fourth in Forbes's annual stock-picking contests. He also ranked first and second in The Wall Street Journal's contest. In addition, he is currently a recurring guest on Fox News and Bloomberg Radio. Dr. Leeb was also a regular guest on Bloomberg TV, CNNfn and Web Fn. He has also appeared on Louis Rukeyser's Wall Street Week, Business Insiders, PBS' Nightly Business Report, Tony Brown's Journal and Fox News Channel's 'Forbes on Fox.' He is the editor of The Complete Investor newsletter, which has earned first place in the Editorial Excellence Award for 2004 by the Newsletter & Electronic Publishers Foundation. Previously, he was the editor of Personal Finance, one of the most widely read financial newsletters. He is the author of five books. The most recent book, co- authored with his wife, Donna Leeb, is The Oil Factor: Protect Yourself and Profit from the Coming Energy Crisis. He received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
