STAN PIEKOS joined August Technology Corporation as Chief Financial
Officer in April 2003. Prior to joining August Technology, Mr. Piekos
served as CFO and Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate
Development at American Superconductor from 1998. Prior to American
Superconductor, from 1994 to 1998, Mr. Piekos was CFO for Brooks
Automation. Before Brooks Automation, Mr. Piekos served nearly 10 years
as Vice President and CFO for Helix Technology Corporation. Mr. Piekos
holds a BS in Finance from Northeastern University and an MBA from
