JEANNETTE HUBBARD is a Vice President of Equity Research for
Avondale Partners, LLC. She joined the company as an Equity
Research Analyst in September 2001. Prior to covering her own
group at Avondale, Ms. Hubbard was the Director of Underwriting
for The School Company, a company providing financial consulting
services to for-profit education companies. Before working at
The School Company, Ms. Hubbard worked in the capacity of Vice
President and Assistant Treasurer for ProLogis Trust, the largest
international REIT, where she worked on domestic and
international capital markets transactions and managed the
company's foreign currency hedging program. Ms. Hubbard earned a
BA degree in English with a concentration in Economics from the
University of Colorado and a Master's degree from Stanford
University in Economic Policy Analysis. Profile
DOUGLAS M. LANE is Director of Equity Research for Avondale
Partners, LLC. Prior to taking on his responsibilities at the
firm in October 2002, Mr. Lane managed a hedge fund in New York.
Previously, he was an Equity Analyst at Merrill Lynch, most
recently as the senior analyst covering the US beverage group
from 1997-2001. From 1992-1997 Mr. Lane was a member of the
cosmetics and household products team at Merrill Lynch, with
senior responsibility for a dozen stocks and as a backup for
several others. Mr. Lane has been recognized by various
financial publications for stock picking and earnings estimate
accuracy for beverages and for cosmetics & household products.
He started his investment career in 1989 at PNC Bank in
Philadelphia as a Consumer Products Analyst. Mr. Lane earned an
MBA degree from Loyola College in Baltimore and a BS degree in
Business Administration from the University of Richmond. He is a
