MARK R. GULLEY is an Analyst with Banc of America Securities. He
was previously a Principal of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and
prior to that was associated with Dow Corning, Air Products and
Chemicals, and Dean Witter Reynolds. He received his Bachelor's
degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve and his
MBA from Lehigh University. He is a member of the NYSSA and a
