RENO J. MARTINI is Chief Investment Officer, and Senior Vice President
of The Calvert Group, Ltd. He oversees management of all the firm's
portfolios and has 22 years experience in the securities industry, 18
years with Calvert. Mr. Martini has been the head of the investment area
since 1985 and is responsible for determining the strategy and direction
for all fixed income accounts. He also is responsible for selection and
oversight of all Calvert's equity managers. Mr. Martini serves on
various Calvert Group Boards, Acacia National Board and is a member of
the Calvert Management Committee. He attended Indiana University of
Pennsylvania and holds several registrations with the National
Association of Securities Dealers. Profile
Dr. JULIE FOX GORTE is Senior Social Research Analyst with The Calvert
Group, Ltd. Before joining the firm in 1999, Dr. Gorte worked for the
Northeast-Midwest Institute, working with members of Congress to develop
legislation. Prior to that, Dr. Gorte was Program Manager for Technology
Analysis at the Environmental Protection Agency's Climate Policies and
Programs division. Dr. Gorte served for two years as Vice President for
Ecological and Economics Research at The Wilderness Society. She spent
nearly 14 years at the Office of Technology Assessment where she was a
Senior Analyst and Project Director. Dr. Gorte earned her MS and PhD in
Resource Economics from Michigan State University, and graduated Magna
Cum Laude with a BS in Forest Management from Northern Arizona
