Laurie Hunsicker joined the Stifel Nicolaus research team in June 2007, covering Northeast community banks and thrifts. Prior to joining Stifel, Ms. Hunsicker spent 17 years as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group research team, and she also worked at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc. Ms. Hunsicker led the research team responsible for detailed analysis of community banks and thrifts, and she oversaw the investment process of the community bank and thrift team, using a bottom-up approach. She is well known in the financial services investment community for providing in-depth, fundamental analysis and investment recommendations on community banks and thrifts, with a geographic focus on New England and parts of the Mid-Atlantic. COLLYN BEMENT GILBERT, a Senior Vice President at Ryan Beck & Co., has been following the small and mid-cap bank and thrift sector on both the buy and sell side for over seven years. Before joining Ryan Beck & Co. in April 2002, Ms. Gilbert was a Senior Equity Analyst with Ferris, Baker Watts in Baltimore, where she covered banks and thrifts in the mid-Atlantic region with market caps ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. During her tenure at Ferris, Ms. Gilbert was named one of Baltimore's Top 40 Professionals Under 40. Prior to Ferris, Ms. Gilbert was an analyst with Hovde Financial, a Washington, DC-based boutique investment banking firm that specializes in banks and thrifts nationwide. Bryce Rowe is Robert W. Baird & Co.’s Senior Analyst covering community banks/business development companies. Prior to joining Robert W. Baird & Co. in 2006, Mr. Rowe held Equity Analyst positions at several regional brokerage firms. In 2003 and 2011, he was selected for The Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street Analyst Survey for commercial banks and savings and loans. this group as far as you're concerned?

Ms. Hunsicker: The key issue is probably one of valuation. Clearly this

group has
