PAUL S. GOULEKAS is a Senior Vice President at Conning & Company and manages the Life-Health stock and industry research group. MICHAEL BLUMSTEIN is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Previously, he was associated with First Boston. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Blumstein received his Bachelor's degree from Brown University and his MBA from Harvard University. MARGARET ALEXANDRE JACOBSEN is Co-Founder of Renaissance Fund Advisors, Inc. Previously, she was associated with Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers, and Arthur Andersen & Co. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Jacobsen received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Towson State University and her MBA from the Colgate Darden School at the University of Virginia. She was elected to the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers of the City of New York and has served on the Business Advisory Council for the YWCA of New York. She has also served as the president of the Association of Insurance and Financial Analysts and is director of the Towson State University Foundation. COLIN W. DEVINE is a Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney Inc., where he is responsible for providing equity research coverage on a diverse group of North American life insurance companies. He was formerly a Director in Standard & Poor's Insurance Ratings group where he covered a variety of life and property casualty insurers and had been associated with a major Canadian life insurer where he was involved in investment and risk management, as well as a number of corporate development initiatives. Mr. Devine was ranked number one in the Life Insurance Equity Research team and was also named to Institutional Investor's 2000 All America Research team in the stock picking category.
