SCOTT H. CAMPBELL is a Vice President-Homebuilding and REIT Equity Research at Raymond James and Associates. Prior to joining the firm in September 1999 he was associated with Roney & Co. Previously, Mr. Campbell was Director of Investor Relations at Pulte Homes, the nation's largest residential homebuilder. Prior to joining Pulte, he spent six years at the accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP, where he rose to the position of Audit Manager. Mr. Campbell earned his degree in business from Alma College in Michigan. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Profile
SAMUEL A. LIEBER is CEO/Portfolio Manager at Alpine Management & Research, LLC. Previously, he was associated with The Evergreen Funds as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager. Before that he was with Whitbred-Nolan, Inc., and with The Project for Public Spaces as a Noyes Fellow. Mr. Lieber's academic background includes Wesleyan University, New York University Graduate School of Business, and NYU Real Estate Institute. JOSEPH SROKA is a Vice President and Senior Analyst at Merrill Lynch covering the building products and homebuilding industries. He has previously worked in equity research at ABN AMRO, in the private client group at Merrill Lynch and served as an infantry officer in the US Army. Mr. Sroka is a Chartered Financial Analyst, received a BS from the US Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. CARL E. REICHARDT is Director and Senior Research Analyst at Wachovia Securities, which he joined in May 2003. He covers the homebuilding and building products industries and has extensive experience in the building industry. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Reichardt was Principal and Equity Resarch Analyst at Banc of America Securities in San Francisco. From 1997 to 2000 he served as co-Founder and co-CEO of Stampede Ventures LLC, a retailer and consulting company serving the manufactured housing industry. From 1993 to1997 he was an Equity Research Analyst for Montgomery Securities in San Francisco. From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Reichardt was employed by the Fieldstone Company, a large private homebuilder based in Newport Beach, California.
