TODD D. JORDAN is a Director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and was formerly a Gaming and Restaurant Analyst at Raymond James & Associates. A CPA, he was also a Senior Accountant at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Jordan earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Analytical Finance from the University of Chicago and has been a three-time Wall Street Journal All Star Analyst. ROBIN M. FARLEY is an Executive Director in the equity research division of UBS Warburg covering the cruise line, gaming and leisure industries. Prior to joining Paine Webber (acquired by UBS Warburg), Ms. Farley was with Deutsche Banc. Alex. Brown and its predecessor firms (BT Alex. Brown and BT Securities, subsidiaries of Bankers Trust). She has appeared on CNN and CNBC, and frequently in other media discussing the leisure industry. Ranked by Institutional Investor magazine for her research, she has also been named a Wall Street Journal All Star/Best on The Street, including being ranked number one for stock-picking and an All-Star for estimate accuracy in 1999. MICHAEL A. HAPPEL is a Principal of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. Previously, he was Director of Acquisitions for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds and was involved in real estate investment banking activities at Morgan Stanley. J. COGAN is a Principal and Senior Research Analyst covering the gaming, travel and leisure sector at Banc of America Securities LLC. He joined Banc of America Securities in 1995 as a Research Assistant and was promoted to Associate in 1996 and then to Analyst and Vice President in 1997. Before joining the firm, Mr. Cogan worked as a Legislative Aide for Congressman Peter Stark of the US House of Representatives.
