KEN BROAD is a Vice President of Franklin Advisers, Inc. and Research Analyst. He specializes in non-asset based service businesses, including trans-portation logistics and general business services. Prior to joining Franklin, Mr. Broad was associated with KPMG Peat Marwick as a senior consultant on middle-market mergers and acquisitions.
