JOHN BALIOTTI covers the industrial/conglomerates sector at Fulcrum Global Partners. Before joining Fulcrum Global Partners, he was a senior research analyst at UBS covering the electrical equipment sector from 1999 to 2003. Prior to UBS, Mr. Baliotti was a research associate at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, covering the electrical equipment sector. He was employed at Sikorsky Aircraft (a division of United Technologies) as a design engineer from 1991 to 1997. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. Profile
HARRIET BALDWIN, Director of Research, covers the entire industrial sector at Palladian Research, an independent research provider using a theme-based, sector-wide approach to research. She has followed Industrials since 1995 at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank. Ms. Baldwin was named in The Wall Street Journal's Best on the Street for both stock picking and earnings forecast accuracy for diversified industrials. She was also a member of an Institutional Investor Global All-Star team for industrials. She started on Wall Street as an assistant in regional banks and then moved to strategy. Ms. Baldwin is a summa cum laude graduate of Mount Holyoke College in Mathematics with high honors in English, and was a doctoral candidate in Mathematics at Columbia University. BRIAN LANGENBERG has over 15 years of experience in equity research and buyside management. Prior to founding Langenberg & Co., he was a senior analyst with Wachovia Securities and Credit Suisse First Boston, covering industrials and electrical equipment. He also held positions as a buyside analyst at Continental Bank, an equity analyst at Howe Barnes Investments, and a portfolio analyst at Feldman Investment Group. In addition, Mr. Langenberg was a former Navy intelligence officer. He was ranked number two in The Wall Street Journal's 2001 'Best-on-the-Street' survey for stock picking. He was recognized by Institutional Investor as a runner-up on its 2000 'All-American Research Team' and was the 'Best Up-and-Comer' in 1999.
